Helpful Information
Where can I park for my appointment?
We offer free parking for our clients in two nearby lots. When you arrive, park in one of the approved locations and text us your license plate number so we can register your vehicle for your appointment time.

Approved parking lots:
• 122 South Water Street — facing the river next to River 128 Restaurant, across from Wilmington City Market
• 129 South Water Street — across from River 128 Restaurant, at the corner of South Water Street and Orange Street
A map of both lots is included below for easy reference. If you have trouble finding the lots or need help when you arrive, just give us a call and we will guide you.
What do I wear for a massage session?
Anything that's comfortable for you! Keep your clothes on or just your underwear; many people like to wear nothing at all, secure knowing that they will be safe and comfortable with our professional therapists.
How does tipping work at 20 Orange Spa?
In a lot of ways we are a different kind of spa. In the case of tipping, we automatically add a 20% technician fee at the end of your service to ensure a stress free experience and to allow for the easiest gift-giving experience possible.
Do you offer Couples Massage?
Yes! Our indoor massage rooms are designed to accommodate one person at a time, ensuring a personalized and focused experience. However, if you're looking to enjoy a couples massage, we offer our exclusive Rooftop Suite upgrade, where you can unwind together under the open sky, surrounded by a serene outdoor ambiance.
What Kind of Massage Oil Do You Use?
Our therapists typically use organic coconut oil, which has a light, natural coconut scent, or fractionated coconut oil, which is unscented. However, we offer a variety of options, including jojoba, sesame, and sweet almond oil, to suit your preferences. If you have specific needs or preferred oils, let your therapist know before your session, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you to ensure the best experience possible.
